That tea review data in full...
So we set out to try all the major and supermarket brand teas and decide which was the best this year.
The Tea & The Cakes
We tried the following teas:
- ASDA red label
- Clipper
- Lancashire
- Marks & Spencer everyday
- Morrisons red label
- PG Tips
- Sainsbury's red label
- Tesco red label
- Tetley
- Twinings
- Typhoo
- Whittard
- Yorkshire

The 'Paper'
I decided to present this data in the style of a scientific paper. Obviously I decided to use LaTeX to typeset this. Handily the American Physical Society provide Revlatex TeX 4.1 which provide macros to generate papers in the style of different APS journals. I chose to produce my 'paper' in the style of Phys. Rev. A.
Due to only having Excel available I had some poor looking graphs. This was, therefore, a chance for me to try using LaTeX to make graphs using pgfplots and TikZ. This didn't take particularly long and just required following the examples in the manual with a little bit of help from people at Stack Overflow.
